Hi, gang! Can we be real about something? It’s been almost two decades since I last sat in a college psych class, but one doesn’t need a doctorate degree to understand the concept of behavior and response. Given the tendency of many to ignore their health and wellbeing during the holiday season, there’s no wonder people flock to the gym in droves after the birth of the new year! Staying healthy during the holidays can be challenging. Or, it can be FUN. The choice is really yours!
