Thanks for purchasing Blonde Beet Nirvana's 14- day Fall/Winter 2015 Detox! In this program, you will find 7 modules. Prior to beginning your detox, please be sure to look over each carefully, and then print you can easily access your resources.

This is a great opportunity for you to nourish your body with healthy seasonal foods, and strengthen your mind/body connection. Pay attention to how you feel after consuming particular foods, and I encourage you to utilize the Food Diary to record your observations... not count calories! : )

Also, you will notice that these are vegetarian meals, however please don't feel as if you need to avoid healthy meat protein. If you should want to add meat, try to purchase organic and, ideally, grass-fed:

-Chicken, beef, bison, turkey, fish (salmon is great!), and seafood.

Additionally, if you should feel you need an extra amount of plant based protein, I suggest:

-Spinach, broccoli, kale, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and avocado
